A quick tour of what ExaLedger does and how to get set up.

ExaLedger is cloud accounting built for Malaysian businesses — invoicing, bank reconciliation, SST, e-invoicing (MyInvois) and statutory reports, all in one place.

Set up your company

Before you raise your first invoice, finish a few basics:

  1. Company profile — legal name and TIN, on the Settings page.
  2. Chart of accounts — apply the Malaysian SME template or import your own.
  3. Opening balances — bring across balances from your previous system.

Find your way around

  • Sales — invoices, receipts and credit notes.
  • Purchases — bills, payments and withholding tax.
  • Banking — import and reconcile statements.
  • Tax — SST-02 and CP37 returns.
  • Reports — profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow.
